Mount Jefferson Ski Area is located north of Bangor near Lincoln, Maine.
Mount Jefferson is an excellent, small family-owned, and run ski area. Low lift ticket prices and excellent views make Mount Jefferson a real bargain when there is plenty of natural snow. Mount Jefferson offers a beginner’s slope with 600-foot handle tow, two 2000-foot T-bars, ski lessons for individuals or groups, ski patrol, ski and snowboard rentals, and a full snack bar with homemade treats.

Directions:
Take I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 217 (Route 6/Route 155 toward Howland)
Merge onto Lagrange Road then turn Right onto Coffin St/County Rd.
Take a slight Left onto Route 6/Route 155/County Rd. Turn Left onto Main Rd, staying on Route 6/Route 155.
Turn Right onto Penobscot Valley Ave, then turn left onto High St, continue onto Main St, staying on Route 6.
Take a slight Right onto Lee Rd/Route 6, then turn left to stay on Lee Rd/Route 6. Turn Left again, staying on Lee Rd/Route 6.
Mount Jefferson Ski Area will be on the right.
